Trauma symptoms often continue well into recovery. This group is for women wishing to explore trauma-related issues that may be affecting them in their recovery. There will be numerous opportunities to learn and process in a safe and supportive environment.

The Facilitator Carrie DeJong (MC) has more than 12 years of clinical experience working with women who have experienced many forms of trauma and abuse. She brings expertise in working with women who struggle with the impacts of both trauma and substance abuse. Her goal is to help clients develop the personal resources that assist them in thriving in their lives and their relationships without the use of moodaltering substances or unhealthy coping behaviours. |  |
