DETOX
Medically assisted withdrawal or detox is the initial phase of treatment. The detox stage of treatment includes an assessment by one of our Addiction Medicine doctors, followed by medication review, recommendations, and management of withdrawal symptoms with support from our Registered Nurses, support staff and clinical team.

CARE
At Orchard Recovery Center, medical care is an integral component of our Primary Care program. In addition to medically assisted detox, our medical team provides ongoing support throughout your treatment to help you address both immediate and long-term health issues. Our approach combines client centred compassionate care, thorough history and physical assessment, and evidence-informed treatment to ensure each client receives the best possible care plan during their recovery journey.
CLINICAL
program
Our counsellors bring together a wide range of expertise, blending academic training, professional accreditation, and lived experience in recovery. Many hold advanced degrees such as Master of Social Work (MSW) or Master of Arts in Counselling, alongside recognized credentials including Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification (CCAC) and International Certified Alcohol & Drug Counsellor (ICADC).

COUNSELLING
Each client is assigned a dedicated counsellor for one-on-one sessions throughout their stay. These sessions provide a private setting to explore personal goals, challenges, and progress in recovery. In addition to individual counselling, clients also work with their primary counsellor and other members of the clinical team in group programming, ensuring both personalized support and shared learning experiences.
