The disease of addiction is a family disease. The Orchard Recovery Center offers an ongoing family aftercare program for the families and friends of those dealing with addiction.

Building Resiliency A 12-week group therapy program for family and friends affected by a loved one's addiction. Group Format & Topics: Each session includes a combination of psycho-education and group process. Issues discussed will include themes of specific interest to participants and issues generally relevant to families in recovery. The first three (3) weeks will be open for new participants to join after which the group will be operated as a closed group. Date & Location: Every Wednesday evening from 6:30 - 9:00pm, beginning soon. At the Orchard's West Van office - Suite 300 - 545 Clyde Avenue (1 block N. of Marine Dr off Taylor Way) Cost & Registration: $60.00 per session. A package of 12 Wednesdays is $720 per person (+GST).
