Pre-Admission - Our preadmission process helps family members coach their loved one into treatment. For more information, please see Intervention and Pre-Admission Coaching.
Intake Forms - To start the intake process, you may fill out the forms online, print and sign them, then fax them to The Orchard. Click here for the forms.
Intakes - Intake time is between 10:30 and 11:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Please take the 10:00 AM ferry from Horseshoe Bay in order to arrive on time. Intake for opiate detox clients is available on Mondays and Thursdays only. Other medical intakes can be managed Monday through Thursday. If you believe you need to see a doctor, please arrive on one of these days. Emergency medical intakes can be arranged.
Deposit - A deposit of $1,000 is required to hold a place at the treatment center.

Fees - Refer to the Fee Structure page for complete information. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and do not include tax.
Payment Options - Visa, Master Card, American Express, international drafts, direct deposit, personal checks and money orders are all accepted.
