A Weekend Retreat with Kathi Bentall
 |  | The word 'spirituality' is baffling to some. Many of us feel as though we would like to be more 'spiritual' but have no concept of how to bring a practice into our lives. In this interactive workshop/retreat, participants will learn how to connect with themselves, others, nature, and their 'higher power'. We will explore a variety of spiritual philosophies, prayer and meditation practices, and ways to connect with Spirit. |
| Who Should Attend: Any alumni interested in deepening their current spiritual practice; anyone searching for a spiritual path and personal practice; alumni interested in exploring Step 11.
When: Saturday & Sunday, September 27 & 28, 2008. 10am - 4pm.
Where: The Orchard, 811 Grafton Road, Bowen Island, BC
Cost: $175+GST (lunch is included both days)

| Kathi Bentall is spiritual director at Rivendell Retreat Center on Bowen Island. She is also the co-founder of 'The Listening Post', a centre on the corner of Main & Hastings where those in the neighbourhood can escape the chaos of the streets, and further their spirituality. She has a passion for social justice, which is apparent in all areas of her work, and is a firm believer in non-violence and peace. | |  |
